I felt like our room was a bit of a letdown considering what we paid, but overall, the hotel had some good points. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, but it was a shame that certain amenities seemed limited to exclusive reservations. The location was nice, especially being near the beach, but not all aspects were delivered equally across the property.
The hotel was great, very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. However, booking via them seemed like a better option than reserved rooms for a fair deal in terms of what we paid.
